Why Organizations Need Leadership

Only three things happen naturally in organizations:
Friction, Confusion, and Underperformance.
Everything else requires leadership.

Peter Drucker

This is one more Druckerism that reflects the genius of this original thinker. He had a capacity for explaining with great clarity, what appears to be utterly confusing. Drucker is not being overly critical, just a realistic observer.

This is why we need Great Leadership, leading our organizations. Apart from your leadership - your organization will not deliver on its mission. Without your leadership, entropy will win out in your organization. Entropy is the form of friction, confusion and underperformance.
