Speaking Truth

Having the courage to tell the truth and ask for it in return,
increases truth and our ability to work together.

What truth are you not telling?
Why aren't you telling it?
What will be the results of not telling the truth?

Have you had the experience of others not speaking to you?

Truth telling takes courage. It can be risky telling the truth. But not telling the truth, is even more risky. Telling the truth makes "more truth" possible. It also makes healthy working relationships possible. It creates respect and trust. It creates collaboration. It leads to the desired results you want for the work you do. You can't do it by yourself. You need others. You need honest communication. That means we need to tell the truth to one another.
